Signing in to your Freshdesk portal account

Once you have created your Freshdesk portal account please follow the instructions below to sign in to it.

Go to https://support.ref.ac.uk/support/home
In the top-right hand corner, click Login
In the next page, enter your institutional email address and the password you set when creating your Freshdesk account Click Login
You will be redirected to the REF Freshdesk portal, and your initials will appear in the top right-hand corner to confirm you are signed in Please follow this guide to submit your institution's non-HESA Volume Measure data
