Can I access the REF Hub and REF information on a mobile or tablet?

You can access some of the REF system and information on a mobile or tablet: 


The following will work on a mobile phone or tablet as long as you access them through a browser:

  • The Hub
  • Outlook - handy for checking an appointment/meeting details or for checking emails
  • Help articles/guidance


The following won't work on a mobile phone or tablet:

  • Adding the REF email account to an email app
  • Teams
  • Can't open files
  • Downloaded apps, (even if the system prompts you to download an app, Teams for example)
