Microsoft Forms - hints and tips

You can use Microsoft Forms to send out a survey, or form, to other panel members. 

Please note, the panel members will need to be logged on to the REF Hub to complete the form.

Microsoft have guidance on how to use Forms and we've listed some hints and tips below. 

Send out the link to the form You can email the link out to panel members, (it must go to their REF email address) You can paste the link in to a relevant Teams channel so panel members can access it from there Click here for more details of how to send out the link to the form
Share the responses with other people By default, when you create a Form only you can see the completed forms that come back in. If you want others to see the results you give them permission and share a link with them They can then open Forms and access the form from the Shared with me area Click here for more details of how to share a form
