To protect all data related to REF, the REF email system works in the following way:
- You can only email other panel members and members of the REF team, (you can email the addresses on the exceptions list, shown below)
- You can't email anything to your REF email address from another email address
- You can't forward an email to an external email address
- you can forward to the addresses on the exceptions list, shown below
- you can forward formal panel meeting invitations to your own organisation email address so that the meeting appears in your own calendar (this also applies to any meetings set up by a panel advisor)
